Our kitchen serves lunch and dinner every day we are open.
The Old Courthouse is a relaxed venue and the perfect spot for a catch up. You can choose to sit inside our pavilion, on our veranda overlooking the expansive beer garden or take a spot under the peppermint trees in the beer garden itself.
We offer an order at the bar service, with a diverse menu featuring something for everyone – including the little ones.
If you are celebrating or have a big group, check out our functions options and send us an enquiry, we can reserve spaces for functions and large groups.

The kitchen at the Old Courthouse is open all day from 12pm on days when we are open. Dinner is generally served until approximately 9pm on weekdays and 9.30pm on weekends, with last meals served at 8.30pm on Sunday.
No, however we would prefer that you do make a booking if possible.
This allows us to ensure we allocate a table and have it ready for your arrival. We do leave some tables that can’t be booked so walk in guests are welcome, we just can’t guarantee availability for walk in guests.

We have lots of parking available for you, all a very short walk to the venue.
Best and closest parking includes:
- Henderson street carpark (approx 20m)
- Holdsworth street carpark and street parking (approx 25 – 40m)
- Parry Street carpark (approx 150 – 250m)
- William street carpark (approx 100m)
- Fremantle oval carpark (approx 100m)
In addition there is of course a lot of street parking around the Fremantle streets.
Yes, we have a kids menu at the Old Courthouse. Kids love our venue as we have a large grass space to play, sandpit as well as some games available. In addition kids love our kids gelato option on the dessert menu.
